What happens during the free trial?
Every new organisation gets 7 days with the full product — no card required, and no feature gates during the trial. The trial is granted once per organisation.
What counts as an “AI extraction”?
One extraction is one award letter (or amendment) processed by Grantwell to pull out its obligations, amounts and dates. Re-reading a document you have already extracted does not consume another.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly is priced at ten months for twelve — 2 months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time from the billing settings inside the app.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are managed through the Stripe customer portal from inside your workspace, so you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel yourself — no email required.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your documents and records stay in your workspace and remain exportable to CSV. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not delete your portfolio.
